Repair works at Cacia wastewater treatment plant

Summary

Águas do Centro Litoral is procuring a range of repair works at the Cacia wastewater treatment plant. The works include, among other things, rehabilitation of Primary Sludge Digester No. 2 and the technical gallery, replacement of railings and stairs, renewal of pipework, and installation of mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and automation equipment. The contract also covers emptying and cleaning the plant and removing approximately 2,000 tonnes of waste; the works are to be completed within 540 days. The estimated base price is EUR 2,200,000 excluding VAT.
