Construction of a Safety Room in Building 9 at the Port of Aveiro

Summary

The contract covers construction of a safety room in Building 9 at the Port of Aveiro, together with associated building refurbishment and installation of safety and security systems. The works include, among other things, demolition and interior finishes, electrical and telecommunications infrastructure, fire detection and alarms, video surveillance, access control, air conditioning and ventilation, and water supply and drainage. The contractor must sort and properly manage construction and demolition waste, test the installed systems, and hand them over with the required documentation. The works will be carried out in Building 9 at the Port of Aveiro and must be completed within 270 days. The estimated value is EUR 604,947.94 excluding VAT.
