Supply of consumables for pulmonology and bronchoscopy services

Summary

The procurement covers 33 lots of consumables and related medical and monitoring equipment for pulmonology and bronchoscopy services over 36 months. Items include pleural and bronchoscopy accessories, nebulisation and respiratory-therapy equipment, sensors, oximeters, and equipment for sleep studies and capnography. Deliveries will be made against orders to the hospital warehouses and logistics centre of the Local Health Unit of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro. The total contract ceiling is EUR 179,250.42 excluding VAT. The contract runs for 36 months from 1 January 2027 or, if later, from notification of the award. Price is the sole award criterion. Bids must be submitted electronically by 17:00 on 9 October 2026 and remain valid for 180 days. Bidders must provide the required tender declaration, completed price spreadsheet and product technical data sheets, and must offer every position in each lot they bid for. Samples of the proposed goods are generally due by the bid deadline. Bidders must also provide proof of wholesale distribution authorisation issued by the Portuguese medicines and medical devices authority, Infarmed, with a product list covering the items offered.
