Supply of Clinical Equipment and Materials for Cardiac Rehabilitation

Summary

The procurement is for clinical equipment and materials for cardiac rehabilitation at the Tâmega e Sousa Local Health Unit, divided into four lots: cycle ergometers (including an upper-limb ergometer), treadmills, strength and functional-training equipment, and assessment and monitoring equipment. The lot base values are EUR 13,158, EUR 36,686, EUR 34,797.30 and EUR 7,600 respectively; the total base value is EUR 92,241.30, excluding VAT. Bids are evaluated separately for each lot, with price weighted at 70% and technical functionality at 30%. Tenderers must submit a technical offer with product catalogues or technical data sheets, delivery time and supply conditions, as well as a financial offer showing unit and total prices to four decimal places in both figures and words and specifying VAT.
