Maintenance and repair of IVECO municipal waste collection vehicle chassis

Summary

The tender covers preventive maintenance and repairs following breakdowns for the chassis of Maiambiente’s eight IVECO municipal waste collection vehicles. The work includes, among other things, repair or replacement of clutches, brakes, differentials, drive shafts, steering components, alternators, starters, gearboxes and other parts, as well as diagnostics, electrical work, bodywork and painting. The service also includes towing for broken-down vehicles. The contract runs for up to 24 months or until its contract value is reached; the maximum budget is EUR 82,560 excluding VAT. Price is the sole award criterion. Bidders must meet the specific IVECO service requirements, including proving authorisation or an equivalent right to provide technical assistance for this brand and providing evidence of certified diagnostic equipment. The workshop must be within 30 km by road, covered and able to accommodate at least three vehicles; it must be possible to repair at least three chassis at the same time. Response to an intervention request must not exceed one hour. The proposal must include the required declarations and price offer. It must be submitted electronically with a qualified electronic signature; variant bids are not allowed, and bids must remain valid for 66 days.
