Continuous supply of materials for wastewater manholes

Summary

Vimágua is procuring materials for the construction and maintenance of wastewater manholes in two lots. Lot 1 covers cement-based repair, lining and ultra-fast-setting mortars for manhole rehabilitation and sealing pressurised water leaks; its estimated maximum value is EUR 61,075.94 excluding VAT. Lot 2 covers mortar for securing manhole covers and cold bituminous mix for local pavement repairs; its maximum value is EUR 38,500 excluding VAT. The total maximum value is EUR 99,575.94 excluding VAT, and the contract will run for up to 12 months. Deliveries will be made against partial orders to Vimágua’s warehouse in the Aldão area of Guimarães. Each Lot 1 order must be between 5,000 and 7,000 kg; each Lot 2 order must be between 500 and 10,000 kg. The standard delivery period is no more than 12 days after receipt of an order, or up to 25 days for an order exceeding the specified quantities. The price offer must include prices for every product in each lot bid for. Price is the sole award criterion. Bids must be submitted electronically by 13 October 2026 at 17:00 and remain valid for 66 days. Variant bids are not permitted.
