Procurement of eight vehicles for bio-waste collection

Summary

The procurement concerns the international public procurement of eight bio-waste collection vehicles, split into two lots. Lot 1 includes five vehicles in the 14–16 t gross weight range with 4x2 configuration, powered by HVO, each with a 10 m³ collection body, container elevator and integrated washing system. Lot 2 includes three vehicles of 3.5 t gross weight with 4x2 configuration, a 5 m³ collection body and container elevator. Proposals must comply with DEUCP requirements, including ISO 9001:2015 for sales and after-sales service, CE certificates for the goods, and a manufacturer declaration that Lot 2’s body, compacting system and sub-chassis are aluminum. A workshop within 50 km of the contracting authority is required. Proposals may be in Portuguese or accompanied by a legalized translation. All evidence must be provided for each requirement, catalogs and drawings are acceptable, and proposals must be submitted via the VORTAL platform by 25 October 2026 at 17:00 and remain valid for 66 days.
