Supply of reagents for blood counts and reticulocyte tests with equipment provided free of charge

Summary

The tender covers the supply of reagents and consumables for complete blood counts and reticulocyte tests to the haematology and coagulation department of the hospital in Ponta Delgada for 36 months. The estimated three-year volume is 330,000 blood counts and 7,500 reticulocyte tests. Bids are evaluated on price (40%) and technical quality (60%); additional quality points are available for specified optional technical features. Bids must be submitted electronically by 23:59 on 27 October 2026 and remain valid for 120 days. The performance guarantee is 2% of the contract price, or 5% for an abnormally low-priced bid.
