Summary

This tender concerns the acquisition of post-sales support services for Saphety.DOC licensing, for the SaphetyDoc broker doc.FE-AP solution related to FE-AP electronic invoicing, and product continuity services under the PRR Component 17 program. It comprises two components: A - post-sales support services with a minimum of 500 and a maximum of 900 hours; B - evolution of the SaphetyDoc product to support the doc.FE-AP solution. The contract duration is six months, renewable up to two times for three months each. The base price is 388,426 EUR excluding VAT. Proposals are submitted electronically via the ANOGOV platform; electronic invoicing is permitted. The contract is financed under EU funds. Deliverables include monthly progress reports, release notes, and user documentation. Data protection and confidentiality obligations apply.
