Supply of medical devices for osteosynthesis and spinal surgery, 2027–2029

Summary

The procurement covers the supply, in 15 lots, of orthopaedic medical devices for bone fixation and spinal surgery for 2027–2029. Items include fracture plates, screws, nails and external fixation systems, bone substitutes and osteoinductive products, instruments for foot and hand surgery, and equipment for endoscopic spinal surgery. The total estimated ceiling is EUR 1,389,450 excluding VAT. Orders will be placed in batches according to actual needs, with delivery to the buyer’s warehouse; consigned stock must be replenished within 24 hours on working days. Bidders must provide itemised prices, the required product and conformity documents, and a sample of each item. Products must have at least 18 months’ remaining shelf life on delivery. Technical requirements include, among other things, MRI compatibility and, for certain lots, consigned instruments and equipment, training and support. Tenders must be submitted through VORTAL by 26 October 2026 at 18:00 and remain valid for 120 days. Price is the sole award criterion; in the event of a tie, the shorter delivery time takes precedence. Partial offers within a lot and variant tenders are not permitted.
