Citect SCADA technical support, maintenance and software update service for the Palmela Municipality

Summary

The procurement concerns the acquisition of technical support, maintenance and updates for the Citect SCADA software used in Palmela Municipality's water telegestão network. The contract covers license updates, upgrades to existing versions, server installation and integration of new infrastructures, and ongoing technical support to ensure operation during the 36-month term. The base price is 95,934 EUR excluding VAT. Evaluation uses a multi-criteria approach: 60% technical merit, 30% price, and 10% Bolsa de Horas (minimum 180 hours).
