Maintenance and evolution of Business Intelligence services and migration to Microsoft Fabric

Summary

ULS Loures-Odivelas, E.P.E. seeks bids for a 12-month service contract to maintain and evolve a Business Intelligence solution and migrate to Microsoft Fabric. The base price is 332,100.16 EUR (excluding VAT at 23%), with four resources allocated to the service with included service management. The contract will be executed in Loures, Portugal, and will require the provision of at least four full-time resources, including a Team Leader with more than 15 years of data-project experience and health-sector experience, plus three other senior/k-level consultants with expert certifications in Oracle, Microsoft, data integration, and BI tools. The service is expected to be delivered mainly remotely, with the possibility of on-site visits at the contracting authority’s expense. Working hours are 09:00–13:00 and 14:00–18:00 on business days. Proposals must include CVs and evidence of the listed certifications for each resource, and should demonstrate the ability to handle data sources, ETL, reporting, and data modelling requirements as detailed in the annexes of the tender documents.
