Acquisition of a pool of hours for specialized support to DGPAI

Summary

This procurement concerns the purchase of a pool of hours to provide specialized technical support to the DGPAI. The contract term is 16 months with an estimated total of 35,440 hours and a base price of 744,240 EUR (excluding VAT). The procurement is designed for a minimum team of 16 specialists, including 1 Technical Coordinator, 8 Agroforestry Analysts, 3 Financial Analysts and 4 Public Procurement Analysts. Evaluation is multifactorial with weights: 45% for the team, 30% for the proposed methodology and 25% for price. Proposals must be submitted electronically via the VORTAL platform by 19 October 2026 (23:59). The contract is not a framework agreement and is PME-friendly.
