Supply of transition and multimaterial couplings for drinking water pipelines, by lots

Summary

The tender covers the supply of transition and multimaterial couplings for drinking water pipelines, including packaging, transport and unloading to the address specified in each purchase order. It is divided into five lots, with a total maximum value of EUR 215,000 excluding VAT. The lot values are EUR 37,000, EUR 20,500, EUR 92,500, EUR 24,500 and EUR 40,500 respectively. Bids must be submitted electronically by 6 October 2026 at 19:00. The award is made separately for each lot and price is the only award criterion. A bidder may submit a bid for one or more lots, but must cover every item within each selected lot. The products must meet the specified technical requirements or equivalent requirements, comply with Regulation No. 976/2025 where they come into contact with drinking water, and be manufactured under an ISO 9001-certified or equivalent quality system. The contract runs for 12 months and may be renewed twice, up to a maximum of 36 months. Ordered goods must be delivered within 14 days of the purchase order to Av. Berlim 15, 1800-031 Lisbon. No bid guarantee is required. The bidder must also provide the required tender forms, pricing documents, proof of signing authority and, where applicable, subcontractor or consortium information.
