Framework agreement for catheters and accessories for infusion systems

Summary

This is a multi-supplier framework agreement for the supply of catheters and accessories for infusion systems, covering peripheral, central, arterial, umbilical and haemodialysis catheters as well as infusion and catheterisation accessories. The estimated value is EUR 5,000,000 per year of contractual validity. The framework is initially valid for 12 months and may be automatically extended in successive 12-month periods, up to a maximum of three years. The deadline for tenders is 9 October 2026 at 18:00. Tenders must be submitted electronically and maintained for 180 days. An electronic catalogue is required, variant tenders are not permitted, and no tender guarantee is required. Price is the sole award criterion. Unit prices must be submitted excluding VAT, to six decimal places, and must not exceed the applicable maximum prices. The company must submit the required declarations, the European Single Procurement Document, the mandatory Annex A, an up-to-date permanent commercial register certificate, and technical data sheets or equivalent product documentation. Medical-device suppliers must provide the relevant INFARMED manufacturing or wholesale-distribution notification or certificate, and each medical device must have a medical-device code. Products must meet the detailed technical requirements, including packaging, sterility, material, safety, compatibility and product-specific requirements. If samples are requested, they must be supplied within three working days of notification.
