Campus do Pragal - installation of photovoltaic panels for self-consumption of electrical energy

Summary

This procurement concerns a public works contract for the CAMPUS DO PRAGAL to install photovoltaic panels for self-consumption of electrical energy. The contract covers two UPAC units (500 kWn and 180 kWn) and twenty electric vehicle charging points (PCVE) at the Pragal campus, including design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and licensing, and integration with Infraestruturas de Portugal’s central management platform. The scope includes the integration of the UPACs and PCVE with monitoring, remote supervision, and energy data acquisition, as well as two years of maintenance and technical support. The estimated total value is €750,000 (excluding VAT), with a schedule of 850 calendar days. The contract also contemplates licensing with DGEG and related documentation, with the ECO.AP 2030 environmental/sustainability objectives guiding the procurement.
