Supply of Software Licences and Subscriptions in Seven Lots

Summary

The office of Poland’s State Commission for the Prevention of Sexual Abuse of Minors is procuring software licences and subscriptions in seven lots. Lot I covers 12-month office, collaboration, security and device-management subscriptions for specified user and resource-account numbers, including 80 Microsoft 365 users, 4,096 GB of storage, 50 Copilot users and six meeting-room accounts. Lot II is a 12-month email-signature management subscription for 80 users; Lot III comprises 24-month backup subscriptions for 10 users and 20 instances; Lot IV is a 12-month remote-support subscription; and Lot V comprises 24-month creative software for 6 users and PDF software for 30 users. Lot VI provides SQL Server 2025 Standard licences and the rights needed for 36 months of use on two virtual machines of up to 6 vCPU each; Lot VII provides 36-month secure remote-access and central client-configuration software for 100 endpoint devices. Equivalent software is permitted.
