Summary

The Regional Court in Rybnik is procuring two services: daily cleaning of its 6,272.15 m² court building and upkeep of the adjoining grounds, including seasonal snow and ice removal, from 1 January to 31 December 2027; and comprehensive two-sided washing of windows and glazed surfaces from May to November 2027. The window-cleaning scope includes 149 roof windows, 171 opening PVC windows and 38 non-opening windows, with a combined one-sided measured area of approximately 948.77 m²; each is to be washed on both sides twice, in May and November.
