Modernisation of the heating and hot water systems at Świniarsk Primary School

Summary

Chełmiec Municipality is procuring design and construction services to modernise the central heating and domestic hot water systems at the primary school and gymnasium in Świniarsk. The work includes preparing the complete design documentation and obtaining necessary approvals, installing an air-to-water heat pump with an indicative capacity of about 130 kW, upgrading the internal systems, and installing a heat buffer, hot-water tank and control automation integrated with the existing oil boilers and solar collectors. The contract is a single, indivisible lot.
