The Kartuzy Municipal Housing Management Authority is procuring construction works for the water, sewage, central-heating and gas installations in a two-storey residential building with 12 apartments at Sambora 36 in Kartuzy. The works include internal gas installations and connections for gas boilers and cookers; the supply, installation and commissioning of condensing gas boilers and radiators; water and central-heating systems; chimney liners; demolition and plastering; leak tests; and heating-system adjustment. The external gas installation is excluded. The works are to be completed by 23 December 2026, and the contract is not divided into lots.
