Comprehensive Bathroom Renovation at the Brzeg County State Fire Service Headquarters

The Brzeg County State Fire Service is procuring a comprehensive renovation of four bathrooms in its active headquarters and firefighting and rescue unit building in Brzeg, with an option to add up to two more. The works include demolition, replacement of sanitary, heating and electrical installations, substrate repairs, waterproofing, tiling, ceiling and painting works, doors, and the supply and installation of bathroom fixtures and fittings. The scope also includes testing, measurements, protection of the active building, waste removal and as-built documentation. All commissioned works must be completed by 28 December 2026.
