Expansion of the VoIP Landline Telephone System at the Warsaw District Prosecutor’s Office

Summary

The Warsaw District Prosecutor’s Office is procuring an expansion of its existing Cisco CUCM-based VoIP system. The contract covers two redundant Session Border Controller voice gateways, 99 IP phones of several types, licences and subscriptions, alternative phone power supplies, a central telephone directory and call-recording modules. It also includes installation, configuration, integration, testing, documentation and administrator workshops at locations in Warsaw and Piaseczno. Delivery and system commissioning are due by 15 December 2026, followed by a 36-month warranty and service period; the procurement is not divided into lots.
