Modernisation and accessibility upgrade of sanitary facilities at the Rudy office building

Summary

The Silesian Voivodeship Landscape Parks Complex is procuring the modernisation of sanitary facilities in its office building in Rudy, a registered historic building, including adaptation for people with disabilities. The works include demolition, a new room layout and partitions, new flooring and wall finishes, sanitary fixtures, accessible-user SOS alarms, and related sanitary and electrical installations, followed by restoration of the site. The single contract is to be completed within 12 months of signing.
