Removal of Icicles and Snow from Roofs of Municipal Buildings in Bielsko-Biała, Winter Season 2026/2027

Summary

Bielsko-Biała’s Housing Management Department is procuring winter-season services for 2026/2027 to remove icicles, ice and snow overhangs from roofs and gutters and to clear roofs of buildings it manages. Estimated quantities are 1,271.14 linear metres of icicle removal and 2,542.28 m² of roof snow clearance in each of 2026 and 2027; actual work will depend on weather and need. The scope also includes monitoring the listed properties and removing and transporting excess snow.
