Cleaning of court and probation centre premises and surrounding grounds in Świdnica

Summary

The Świdnica District Court is procuring cleaning services from 1 January to 30 September 2027 for its office premises at Okulickiego 2–4 (3,973.95 m²), paved grounds around the property (992.1 m²), archive rooms at the Świdnica Regional Court (233.99 m²), and premises at probation centres in Świdnica (66.45 m²) and Świebodzice (73 m²). The services cover offices, courtrooms, corridors, sanitary, staff, utility and archive rooms, as well as the outdoor grounds, and include window cleaning and snow removal. The contractor must provide cleaning equipment and products, along with toilet paper, paper towels, liquid soap and toilet fresheners. The contract is not divided into lots; an option allows the area cleaned at the main court building to be reduced by up to 1,200 m² between 1 July and 30 September 2027.
