One-year extension of manufacturer technical support for the Fidelis Security NDR system

Summary

The Polish Patent Office is procuring a one-year extension of the manufacturer’s technical support for its Fidelis Security Network Detection and Response (NDR) system, from 19 December 2026 to 18 December 2027. The covered system comprises a virtual Command Post sensor, a Direct 500 sensor and a virtual Collector SA VM sensor. The service includes access to software versions, patches and threat-detection updates, manufacturer support, and a 12-month warranty extension for the Direct 500 sensor.
