Energy efficiency improvements to the volunteer fire brigade building in Czerwionka

Summary

The Municipality and City of Czerwionka-Leszczyny is procuring design and construction works for the thermal modernisation of the volunteer fire brigade hall and its sanitary and storage facilities at Rynek 6 in Czerwionka-Leszczyny. The works include building insulation and replacement of windows, doors, roofing, heating, hot-water, air-conditioning, electrical, lighting and lightning-protection systems, as well as installation of an air-to-water heat pump and photovoltaic system. The single, indivisible design-and-build contract is to be completed within 8 months, including delivery of the design phase within 3 months.
