Design and cost-estimate documentation for the reconstruction of Poziomkowa Street in Bytów

Summary

Bytów Municipality is commissioning design and cost-estimate documentation for the reconstruction of approximately 450 metres of Poziomkowa Street in Bytów. The design covers a 5–5.5 m shared pedestrian and vehicle route, sections with one-way traffic, a turning area, steps connecting Poziomkowa and Mierosławskiego streets, shoulders and a utility duct, as well as drainage and road lighting that may use Smart City technology. The contract also includes multidisciplinary construction and technical designs, traffic-management plans, land-division materials, technical specifications, bills of quantities, an investor’s cost estimate and cost summary, and obtaining the required approvals and construction permit or road-investment authorization. One paper set of four copies and one editable and one non-editable electronic set are required; completion is due by 30 October 2027. No lots are provided for.
