Summary

The Municipality of Przecław is procuring spatial-planning services divided into two lots. In each lot, the base scope covers 275 draft development-condition or public-purpose location decisions—including decisions for residential buildings up to 70 m² with urban analyses and graphic appendices—and 25 opinions on amendments to such decisions. An option may add 50 draft decisions and 5 amendment opinions per lot; 50 draft decisions in each lot are due by 28 December 2026, and the contract period is 12 months from signing.
