Care services for STROCARE project participants: expanding access to long-term home care in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship

Summary

Szczecin Health Centre is procuring home-care services for 10 participants in the STROCARE project, who live in the municipality of Szczecin. Services will follow individual support plans, averaging 12 hours per participant per month, with a total of 1,000 to 1,200 service hours over the contract period, from contract signature until 31 August 2027. Care includes assistance with meals and personal hygiene, changing bedding and clothing, doctor’s appointments and companionship, prescribed care activities, and support in maintaining social contact.
