Comprehensive investor supervision for the attic adaptation and courtyard façade conservation in Kraków

Summary

The Małopolska Voivodeship Inspectorate for Monument Protection is procuring comprehensive investor supervision of construction works to adapt part of the attic at 24 Kanonicza Street in Kraków for office use, together with conservation modernisation of the courtyard’s internal façades. The service includes coordinating the discipline-specific supervision inspectors and covers the works, inspections, acceptance, settlement and handover of the investment. The works are expected to start in January 2027, with the service continuing no later than 9 June 2028; the procurement is not divided into lots.
