Social services for the “Close to People” project: establishing a Social Services Centre in Skalbmierz as a tool for modern social assistance

Summary

The Social Services Centre in Skalbmierz is procuring social and health services for its “Close to People” project, divided into nine lots, with services running until 31 March 2029. The lots cover family health and specialist counselling; preventive examinations for around 25 children and young people; mobile hairdressing and podiatry visits for around 40 older people and people with disabilities; and approximately 900 hours of home rehabilitation and physiotherapy for around 30 people. They also include around 1,950 hours of family support and specialist activities for about 25 children, 810 hours of group prevention sessions for three families, 18 support packages for six informal carers, around 300 hours of specialist adult support including psychiatric care, and 4,800 hours of in-home neighbour assistance for around 20 households.
