Specialist care services for people with mental disorders

Summary

The Municipality of the City of Sopot, through its Municipal Social Welfare Centre, is procuring specialist care services for people with mental disorders who live in Sopot. Services will be provided in recipients’ homes from 1 January to 31 December 2027, for a minimum of 1,840 and up to 2,300 hours. The care is tailored to individual needs and may include support with daily living and social skills, therapeutic and rehabilitation activities, healthcare access, and family or administrative matters.
