24-hour licensed taxi passenger transport services

Summary

The Polish Press Agency is procuring licensed taxi passenger transport services, available 24 hours a day, under two lots: rides for its employees and transport for study visits organised by the agency. Lot 1 covers Warsaw and the area within 30 km of its administrative boundary, with service also available in at least 10 specified Polish cities; approximately 3,000 rides are estimated. Lot 2 covers study visits throughout Poland, including Warsaw and at least 8 specified cities, with an estimated 200 rides for 50 visits. The contract term is 12 months, starting no earlier than 1 December 2026.
