Community-based social services supporting older people, people with chronic illnesses and families with children (2027–2028)

Summary

Adamówka Social Services Centre is procuring three parts of community-based social services for delivery from 11 January 2027 to 15 December 2028. Part I covers services for 30 day-support-centre participants: 404 hours of individual physiotherapy and functional exercise, 404 hours of sensory and relaxation activities, and two five-hour Senior Day events. Part II provides 1,010 hours of long-term nursing care at home for five people. Part III provides 400 hours of individual psychological therapy, 500 hours of speech therapy, 400 hours of sensory integration therapy with physiotherapy elements, and two five-hour family picnics. The hourly services total 3,118 hours; the four events are priced separately.
