Delivery and installation of office furniture and chairs

Summary

The Electronic Communications Office of Poland is procuring the delivery and installation of office furniture and chairs in three lots: office furniture I, office furniture II, and swivel and conference chairs. The basic order comprises 30 desks, 30 mobile drawer units, 5 round tables and 1 grey desk in lot 1; 5 high and 10 low filing cabinets in lot 2; and 80 swivel chairs and 20 conference chairs in lot 3. The optional quantities are respectively 40 desks, 50 mobile drawer units, 40 round tables and 3 grey desks; 25 high and 30 low cabinets; and 70 swivel chairs and 40 conference chairs. Delivery and installation are at the buyer’s Warsaw headquarters and five designated regional offices in Poland.
