Design services for the modernisation of the Spytkowice water treatment plant

Summary

The Municipal Water Services Facility of Spytkowice is procuring design services for the modernisation of the Spytkowice water treatment plant, as part of the construction, extension and reconstruction of the Spytkowice-Kępki water intake facilities. The scope includes project and cost-estimation documentation, obtaining the final building permit, and author’s supervision during construction planned for 2028–2030. The documentation and cost estimate must also be updated for five years after completion; the contract is not divided into lots and is to be completed within 12 months of signature.
