Revitalisation of buildings to establish the Centre for Culture and Tradition in Dąbrowica

Summary

The Municipality of Jastków is procuring the renovation and extension of existing buildings in Dąbrowica to create a Centre for Culture and Tradition, including the adaptation of a former forge for cultural and educational use as a blacksmithing museum. The works include a lift, a new multifunctional hall with a stage, supporting rooms, and the construction and refurbishment of internal and external utility systems, including gas, electrical, water, sewage, heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, security and monitoring installations. A gas boiler and photovoltaic installation are also included. The contract is not divided into lots and is to be completed within 17 months of signing.
