Reconstruction and adaptation of a building for a Prison Service training centre in Raciborz

Summary

The Prison in Raciborz is procuring the reconstruction and adaptation of an existing building complex for use as a Prison Service training centre. The single, undivided works contract includes site preparation and demolition, structural and roofing works, insulation, electrical, plumbing and sanitary installations, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, interior finishing and surfacing, together with the ancillary work needed to complete and commission the facility. Equipment listed separately in the tender documents is excluded from the contract. Works are scheduled for 2026–2027, with completion, final acceptance and the required authorisation for use due by 17 December 2027.
