Construction of the Vocational Activity Centre in Koszalin

Summary

The Municipality of Koszalin is procuring design-and-build services for a Vocational Activity Centre on Sarzyńska Street in Koszalin. The base scope covers the main and service buildings, their installations, site infrastructure and landscaping, together with design documentation for the entire Stage I project. Three complete options cover kitchen fit-out and technological equipment, laundry fit-out and technological equipment, and additional outdoor works including a recreational shelter, small-scale architecture and planting beds. The contract is not divided into lots.
