Construction of the Orlik 2025 sports complex, OCR obstacle course and outdoor gym on 1 Maja Street in Rybnik-Chwałowice

Summary

The City of Rybnik, through its Municipal Sports and Recreation Centre, is procuring the construction of the Orlik 2025 sports complex at 1 Maja Street in Rybnik-Chwałowice as one complete contract. The works include a 346.81 m² changing and social facilities building; a 2,932.5 m² group of pitches comprising a synthetic-turf football pitch and a polyurethane multi-purpose pitch; an OCR obstacle course; an outdoor gym; sports equipment; landscaping; lighting; utilities; and related infrastructure. The contract also covers completion and handover documentation, obtaining the required occupancy permit, and warranty-period servicing. The project is to be fully completed no later than 15 October 2027.
