Suwałki Roads and Greenery Authority is commissioning design documentation for developing the area at the junction of A. Putry and Gen. K. Pułaski Streets in Suwałki, on municipal plot 21814/7. The project covers reconstruction of existing walking paths, lighting, small-scale architectural features, and tree and low-planting, with the design intended to support the required administrative decisions. The deliverables include a site concept, multidisciplinary design documentation, technical specifications, bills of quantities and investor’s cost estimates; the concept is due within 30 days and the complete documentation within 120 days of contract signature, no later than 15 February 2027. The procurement is not divided into lots.
