Summary

The Social Services Centre in Radomsko is procuring Phase I of the extension and reconstruction of an industrial building and its conversion into a public administration building at 5C Sadowa Street. The works cover the basement, ground floor, second floor, roof, stairwell and entrance areas, together with building, sanitary, electrical, fire-safety and related technical infrastructure. The first floor is limited mainly to fire-safety works and installation routes for a later phase; the contract is not divided into lots.
