Construction of the volunteer fire brigade station in Łętownica – Phase II

Summary

The Municipality of Szumowo is procuring the second-phase completion of the volunteer fire brigade station in Łętownica. Works include internal sanitary, electrical, telecommunications and HVAC installations; plastering, screeds, wall and floor finishes, painting and internal doors; façade works and insulation; and improvements to the surrounding site, including paved paths and parking spaces, fencing and ground levelling. The contractor must also obtain the approvals and decisions required for the building to be used. The works are to be completed within 10 months of contract signature.
