Replacement of heating sources in municipal residential units in Sulejówek

Summary

The City of Sulejówek is procuring comprehensive building and installation works to replace heating sources in 11 municipal residential units. The works include removing and disposing of existing tiled stoves and coal-fired boilers; supplying and installing 11 new wood-pellet boilers, rated up to 9 kW and meeting class 5, Ecodesign and ZUM List requirements; converting the heating systems to closed systems; fitting installation equipment and room controllers; and installing 69 metres of stainless-steel chimney liners, including chimney flue milling. The scope also includes chimney inspections, system testing, commissioning and user training, with completion required within three weeks of signing the contract.
