Design and cost-estimation documentation with author’s supervision for the renovation of residential units – Part 7

Summary

Szczecin Social Housing Association is procuring design and cost-estimation documentation, the necessary opinions, approvals and permits, and author’s supervision for the renovation or reconstruction of three residential units in Szczecin: 55.89 m² at Piastów Avenue 62/21, 42.76 m² at Wojska Polskiego Avenue 46/16, and 34.73 m² at Ściegiennego Street 67/12. The designs must provide a separate bathroom, a modernised gas installation with a dual-function boiler, central heating and hot-water installations, and updated sanitary and electrical systems; the existing tiled stoves are to be removed. The scope includes building and detailed designs across all disciplines, technical specifications, bills of quantities, investor’s cost estimates, and author’s supervision during the construction works.
