Investor supervision of design and construction works for facilities by the Niewiadów sports field

Summary

The Municipality of Ujazd is procuring comprehensive investor supervision for the design and construction stages of the redevelopment of facilities by the sports field in the Niewiadów estate. The underlying investment includes multidisciplinary design and cost documentation, construction works and equipment; the supervision covers all necessary disciplines and continues through the defects-liability and warranty period. Design work is expected to finish in June 2027 and construction by 30 November 2028.
