Cleaning services for the Wrocław-Krzyki District Court buildings – Lots I–III

Summary

The District Court for Wrocław-Krzyki is procuring daily cleaning and related grounds-maintenance services for three buildings in Wrocław: Komandorska 16 (2,538.14 m² indoors and 1,160 m² outdoors), Joannitów 14 (1,536.76 m² indoors and approximately 450 m² outdoors), and Energetyczna 4 (1,849.20 m² indoors and approximately 300 m² of parking). The work covers offices, sanitary and social rooms, corridors, courtrooms and specialist rooms, with the areas served varying by lot. Additional work includes window cleaning, floor and carpet treatment, snow removal and cleaning after renovation work. Services are planned for 2027; Lot III is planned to start on 15 February 2027 and may start later, but no later than 1 May 2027.
