Telecare services for older people and people needing support

Summary

The Świdwin Social Services Centre is procuring one integrated telecare service for older people and people who need support with daily living, to complement care services at home and in supported accommodation. The contract covers a care-coordination digital system for up to 966 residence-months, 47 emergency wristbands, 945 telecare person-months for 45 participants and 20 person-months for two supported-accommodation residents. The service runs until 31 July 2028; the system and wristbands must be supplied and commissioned within 30 days of contract signature. The procurement is not divided into lots.
