Renovation of the historic classical town hall in Gąbin – Stage III

Summary

The City and Municipality of Gąbin is procuring the third stage of renovation works on its historic classical town hall. The works cover the full scheduled roof scope, including removal of the existing covering and roof structures, structural repairs and reinforced-concrete elements, a new timber roof structure, insulation and roof coverings—fish-scale clay tiles on the perimeter and titanium-zinc standing-seam sheet roofing over the projecting section. The scope also includes related flashings, gutters and downpipes, lightning-protection work, and temporary protection against rain.
